Nail time!

I was browsing the internet and saw this!

Now I’m wishing I have these glitter + holographic nail polishes!

To ease my frustration, I checked out my nail polish stash and saw some similar (but not really) polishes.

I reached out for my U & A nail polishes which were basically composed of different sizes of glitters, nevertheless, pretty. Easy to apply, opaque in 2 coats, and dries up fast with a shiny finish. It’s a bit gritty because of the glitters but not as bad that a good top coat can’t solve.

For the toes I applied the purple nail polish. They only have numbers for color reference which I’ll show you later in this post.

This polish has silver super micro glitters with purple micro glitters and tiny pentagon holographic glitters.

I decided to go light on my fingers so I applied the silver + cream micro glitters with tiny purple square glitters.

My fingers were pretty and shiny but then I decided to add some nail art. 🙂

The plate that I used was Kand’s CG41. I’m not sure if this is another brand of nail art plates or just an imitation of Konad. Konad plates are hard to find here and are overpriced.

I used Zoya Demi as the nail art stamp polish. This shade is a gorgeous medium dusty mauve with red undertones. This is my favorite nail polish for nail art stamps and a gorgeous color for a full mani as well. (This was given to me as a gift by my sister. Thank you! 🙂 )

For the thumb, I used the pattern on the upper right.

For the rest of my fingers I used the crisscross design, the one on the middle left. Originally, I planned to make French Tips with this design but I cannot apply it in a perfect and uniform straight line on all nails so I decided to apply it diagonally instead. Turns out, it looked better!

Here’s a complete shot of my nail art:

Here are the name/numbers of the nail polishes I used.

The nail polish on the left was the one I used on my toes, the middle one on my nails, and Zoya Demi for the nail art on the right.

For the top coat, I used the one from Face Shop.

My weekend nail art!

Oh no, bale I bought the stamp separately (not from Zoya).
Yeah, I already spent a lot trying to figure out which nail polish works.
So far, Zoya works, OPI, (the shades I have though), and neon colored regular polishes.
      Try mo rin black!
I bought a couple of Konad nail stamp polishes (which were expensive btw!) and they don’t show up on a light base.
Best to do dark over light or vice versa from stamping.
